Messaggio originale di Dasein:I also miss the trait system from Medieval 2 total war and Rome total war. Making your own history in this game extends not just from how big you make your empire, but also by being able to see those who helped create them in one nice big spread sheet.Īs far as I know I don't see a family tree but if I am wrong please tell me and you will make my day as well as make this game quite a bit more enjoyable. All I am saying is that aside from the bads which I hope will be fixed asap, the family tree by far was a tool that should have been kept in the game. I dont hate the game, and I am indeed enjoying it. Im in turn 40 or so atm and to be honest when my family head dies it feels almost insignificant as he is replaced regardless of how many generals I have in my house (I play rome). In rome 2 I dont even know/or care about who is my family head. Losing the family tree in my opinion has dealt a pretty big blow to my immersion with the characters. By the end of a long campaign you could just scroll down the huge family tree and remember which family member conquered what and which died in that fight to the death retaining a new city.

Not to mention how the children of great generals retained some of their parents traits at times. Lets be honest how awesome was it in rome 1 to see your family line evolve and play favorites towards the ancestors of your greatest generals as they died (especially be being able to make them the heir of the empire). Aside from all the bugs (AI just standing outside my walls while i javelin them to death while they literally run in circles), the feature that is not in the game which i miss the most is the friken FAMILY TREE!
